Party Goods - Standard Delivery (Allow up to 5 - 7 working days) £3.80 All Party products (excluding Helium Cylinders) will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Please allow up to 5 - 7 working days from dispatch for your order to reach you. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order although most items are despatched the same day. Please note Helium Cylinders will be dispatched by Courier (at no extra charge), however we are unable to offer a next-day service on this product. Pinatas maybe dispatched by Courier depending on size (at no extra charge). Party Goods - First Class Royal Mail (Allow up to 3 working days) £5.85 UK Royal Mail First Class is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post. Royal Mail state although this is not a guaranteed service, they "aim to deliver all First Class items the next working day after the day of posting", we have found this is usually the case. - £5.85 per order, no matter what item quantity, value or package dimension.

Party Goods - Next Working Day (24 hour) Delivery £7.95 If you require an urgent next working day delivery please select the 24 hour "Next Day" delivery drop-down option in your shopping cart. A fee of £7.95 will be charged for this service. 24 hour delivery service is based on orders received by 12:00 mid-day. For orders made after mid-day, please add 1 working day. Days quoted are based on working days Monday - Friday. Balloon Gift Delivery FREE (or £4 for a specified date) (View Balloon Gifts) All Balloon Gift deliveries are FREE of charge and arrive within approximately 2 - 3 working days of placing your order. If however you require a specified guaranteed delivery date, please add in "Special Delivery" (at an extra charge of £4) and choose your required date. Requests for a next day "Special Delivery" must be made by 12:00. - Single 18" Balloon Gifts are delivered Monday - Saturday by Royal Mail 1st Class post (unless a "Special Delivery" is requested, whereby they are delivered Monday - Friday by Royal Mail Special Next day delivery).

Cakes Delivery As per Delivery Zones (View Cakes) Charges for cake delivery have been split into the following zones: - Zone 1: Free delivery postcode areas SS0 - SS9 inclusive
- 2: Upto 15 miles £5
- 3: " 30 miles £10
- 4: " 45 miles £15
- 5: " 60 miles £20
- 6: " 75 miles £25
We deliver upto a distance of 75 miles from postcode SS9 4EN. Distances over 75 miles can be accomodated at a rate of £1 per additional mile. When you call to place your order, we will use AA Route Planner to calculate the distance from SS9 4EN to your preferred delivery address. We will calculate your delivery charge based upon this distance. Please note that due to time constraints the boundary within London only goes upto the North / South Circular Road (A406 / A205) and we regret we are unable to deliver any further into Central London at this time.
Hand Crafted Cards Delivery FREE (as a Balloon Gift add-on) (View Hand Crafted Cards) Cards ordered as a Balloon Gift add-on will be sent FREE of charge by Royal Mail 1st Class post to the chosen recipient. When there are other Gift items to be delivered to the same recipient (at the same address), Part-eaz will ensure that the items are sent together in the same package. Cards ordered on their own will incur the usual Post and Packaging charges. For more information related to Royal Mail deliveries, please refer to section at the bottom of this page. Local Customers Delivery FREE If your postcode area falls between SSO - SS9 (Southend-on-Sea, Essex), any delivery charge will be automatically deducted at checkout for orders of Party Goods exceeding £10.00 Customers outside Mainland UK Please Phone 0845 069 8888 If you require any goods from Part-eaz to be delivered outside of Mainland UK, please contact us first on 0845 069 8888 or via our "Contact Us" section. We will then advise as to whether delivery to your area is available and of any associated charges.
Courier Deliveries All goods require signature upon delivery which acknowledges Goods are received in good condition. Following this signature, no insurance claim can be made and Part-eaz accepts no liability for reimbursements, if Goods are subsequently found to be damaged when opened. If you are unable to check goods on receipt for any reason, our courier suggests that the goods are signed for as "Unchecked". If you are unavailable when goods arrive, the courier will leave a card with further instructions to arrange collection/redelivery. Part-eaz accepts no liability for any additional costs incurred if instructions on the card are not followed within specified timescales. Courier service is available for Mainland UK deliveries only Royal Mail 1st Class Post and Standard Parcel Deliveries This service is not tracked or insured and Part-eaz regret that non-arrival of goods cannot be refunded or replaced. Royal Mail Special Deliveries Selecting "Special Delivery" will guarantee your chosen delivery date (on a working day only). Your gift will arrive on this date by13:00. To ensure next working day guaranteed delivery, you must place your order with us by midday Monday to Friday. For orders made after 12:00 Friday and over the weekend, the next available delivery day will be Tuesday (or Wednesday if it is a Bank Holiday). All gifts shipped need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable when goods arrive, Royal Mail will leave a card stating where goods may be collected. Part-eaz accepts no liability for any additional costs incurred if instructions on the card are not followed within specified timescales including the replacement of perishable items (e.g. Balloon Gifts) Where a weekend Special Delivery is required (single 18" Balloon Gifts only) the following applies: - You may request a Saturday delivery if you wish, but please note that whilst most deliveries do arrive on this day, Royal Mail do not guarantee this and Part-eaz do not except responsibility for non-delivery on Saturdays.
- If your Balloon does not arrive on the Saturday, it will be delivered on the Monday (or in the case of a Bank Holiday, on the Tuesday).
- Due to the fact Helium Balloons are perishable items, Part-eaz strongly recommends that you do not request a Saturday delivery over a Bank Holiday weekend.
- There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
