If you do find something cheaper elsewhere simply let us know within 24 hours of purchase via our "Contact Us" page and we will refund the difference - it's that simple!

• Full URL address of where the cheaper product is located
• When you saw it cheaper

At Part-eaz we understand that circumstances change. Our money back guarantee means that if you wish to return the goods for a full refund within 14 days of payment, you can - no quibbles!

Refunds will include your original postage charge but we regret we cannot refund postage costs for returns. To qualify for a full refund, please ensure goods are in their original packaging and in the same good condition they were sent.

Cancellation of order

If you want to cancel your order or you ordered in error, don't worry. Please advise us in writing via our "Contact Us" section before we have dispatched the order and we will ensure you receive a full refund.

Out of Stock Items

If any products are not in stock, Part-eaz will make every effort to contact you by phone or e-mail. You will be offered the choice of the following options:

1. Instruct Parteaz to issue a refund on the out of stock product(s) and dispatch the remainder of the order.
2. Accept a revised delivery date on the product(s) from Parteaz and wait until all your order is in stock. Part-eaz will then dispatch your order in one shipment

Should we not receive a response from you within 72 hours, we will dispatch the bulk of your order to avoid unnecessary delays and automatically issue a refund for the outstanding out of stock items.

Safety Advice

• Party Bag Toys are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years unless other wise stated.

• Glow Bracelets are not suitable for children aged 3 and under due to the small size of the connectors being a choking hazard. We also recommend they not be given to children under 5 without adult supervision.

• Un-inflated Balloons should not be given to children under the age of 8 years due to choking hazard

• Any consumable products on this site may contain nuts or have been prepared in an environment where nuts may be present. These should not be given to children or adults with nut allergies or suspected nut allergies.

• Labels on Toys should be removed before being given to small children or infants.

• Loose Party Bag Toys e.g. Bouncy Balls, will be packaged together with an appropriate hazard warning label.

• Please ensure the safe disposal of plastic bags which can pose a risk of suffocation to small children

All our 18" foil party balloons are filled with helium free of charge and delivered locally to postcode areas SS0 - SS9. Supershape foil balloons can be filled from £1 per balloon. This offer is not available for orders outside these postcode areas.
