When placing an order by phone, we will ask for the following information - your name, address/addresses, telephone number and Email address. This information allows us to process and fulfil your order and to send you your order detail confirmation. If paying over the phone using credit/debit card please be aware that we do not store or retain your card details.
When ordering online we collect the same information as above. When selecting your chosen payment method we have no access to your card or account details which are processed securely by either Sagepay or Paypal depending upon your chosen method of payment.
Our checkout is secure and has been checked and verified by Comodo. A copy of our SSL certificate which provides further information, can be viewed by clicking the padlock symbol within the browser bar of our cart page. Our cart page only requests information which is required to process your order.
Parteaz will use the information that you provide us to analyse consumer trends and to improve the customer experience. We would like to keep you informed about our products and services and notify you of special offers that we think may be of interest to you. We will however only mail those customers who have consented via our registration process.

In the event that we suspect that someone is attempting to purchase goods using a fraudulent card we reserve the right to cancel the order. This includes our cakes and we will cancel the order up to and including the day of delivery if we believe this to be the case. Though time consuming, we always contact the police authorities. We have assisted the police in obtaining several successful prosecutions to date.
